§ Mr. MasonThe introduction of the legislation which is necessary to give effect to the proposals made in Cmnd. 5363 would be a matter for my right hon. 75W Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department. The Ministry of Defence is taking all necessary steps to ensure that Service men are aware and take advantage of the existing facilities for Service registration.
