§ Mr. OakesIn addition to the 10 structure plans listed in the answer to the hon. Member's Question of 25th March— [Vol. 871, c. 24–5]—structure plans have been submitted by the following authorities. These were all still local planning authorities in the period before 1st April this year, when the plans were submitted:
- Warley CB.
- Burton-on-Trent
- CB. Was all CB.
- Dudley CB.
- Herefordshire CC.
- Teesside CB.
- Birmingham CB.
Structure plans have not been submitted for any part of the areas of 40 planning authorities for counties and National Parks, responsible for structure plans. Structure plans submitted before 1st April covered the whole of the area of three County Planning Authorities and part of the area of four more.
