§ Dr. OwenThe Fairfield Nursing Home, 88 Russell Road, Buckhurst Hill is, like all nursing homes approved by my right hon. Friend, subject to inspection without notice. An unannounced visit was recently made to the nursing home by a medical and nursing team from my Department.
