§ Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what mutual defence arrangements Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom propose to seek with Her Majesty's Government in independent Seychelles.
§ Mr. HattersleyI would expect this to be one of the matters for discussion in due course with whatever Government is elected in Seychelles on 25th April. It is too early to be more specific at this stage.
