§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will direct the Transport and Road Research Laboratory to investigate a device, particulars of which have been sent to him, designed to prevent multiple accidents on 319W motorways; and if he will arrange for a working experiment on the A 1 Doncaster bypass.
