§ Mr. Eldon Griffithsasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether, in view of the increasing school population of the expanding town of Mildenhall and the inadequacy of the present Church of England aided primary school, he will reinstate in the voluntary school programme for 1974–75, or at the latest 1975–76, phases II and III of the remodelling of the present building.
§ Mr. ArmstrongThese two phases together form a major school improvement project. It will be for the Suffolk education authority to consider whether it wishes to submit it for inclusion in a major building programme at some future date when a primary school improvement programme is resumed. I cannot yet say when this will be possible.
