§ Mr. Burdenasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many young persons between 14 and 17 years of age have appeared before the courts in the Greater London area on more than one occasion since the Children and Young Persons Act 1969 before custodial sentences for burglary have been imposed;
(2) how many young persons between 14 and 17 years of age have appeared before the courts in England on more than one occasion since the Children and Young Persons Act 1969 before custodial sentences for burglary have been imposed;
(3) how many young persons between 14 and 17 years of age have appeared before the courts in the Medway towns 575W on more than one occasion since the Children and Young Persons Act 1969 before custodial sentences for burglary have been imposed.
