Mr. Tom Kingasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will investigate the effect on the agricultural sector of the proposals relating to capital gains taxes and death duties in the context of inflation of land prices, and the extent of the risk of splitting up and fragmenting farms into more inefficient units.
