Mr. Alan WilliamsI have no powers under the Weights and Measures Act 1963 to introduce legislation on beer engines and traditional hand pumps, be-because they are not measuring instruments. I have no plans to introduce any legislation which would prevent the use of these devices for dispensing beer.
