§ Mr. Shersbyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to be able to announce the result of the planning appeal by the occupier of Cripps Yard, 14–16 Butler Street, Hillingdon, Uxbridge, against the enforcement notice served in respect of this site by the London borough of Hillingdon.
§ Mr. OakesI cannot forecast this before the inquiry which my right hon. Friend is arranging to be held as soon as practicable after the authority has supplied necessary information.
