§ Mr. Shersbyasked the Secretary of State for Trade what standards apply to the working hours of air traffic controllers; and what hours had been worked by Mr. L. G. Revell at the time of the incident on 12th March 1973 involving a Sabena Belgian airlines Caravelle and a World Airways DC8.
§ Mr. Clinton DavisThe standards applicable to the working hours of air traffic controllers are a matter for the Civil Aviation Authority, which informs me that Mr. Revell had been on duty for three-and-a-half hours at the time of the incident.
