§ Mr. William PriceMy Ministry is in frequent consultation with the agencies mentioned and is always ready to hear their representations on particular subjects. We also assist the Voluntary Committee on Overseas Aid and Develop- 471W ment; which, in turn, supports the United Kingdom Standing Conference on the United Nations Second Development Decade to which some 70 national organisations belong.
