§ Mr. Sillarsasked the Secretary of State for Energy if in the next round of licensing for offshore oil exploration and production he will insert a condition requiring licensees to engage only those rig companies which will agree to operate employment standards and conditions offshore which are equivalent to onshore statutory conditions.
§ Mr. VarleyPolicy on the terms of future licences is under review. I shall bear in mind those aspects mentioned by my hon. Friend.
