asked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many families, where at least one parent is in full-time employment, have total earnings under £25 per week.

It is estimated that at December 1972, there were about 400,000 families, where at least one parent was normally in full-time employment, who had total gross earnings of less than £25 per week.
