asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if the whole of the new county of Dorset is within the South-West Economic Planning Council area.

Yes. The new boundaries of each economic planning council region, as announced by my right hon. Friend in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Westhoughton (Mr. Stott) on 3rd April—[Vol. 871, c. 379]—follow the boundaries of the new counties included in them.
