HC Deb 29 March 1974 vol 871 c233W
Mrs. Winifred Ewing

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will take measures to provide financial assistance for persons disabled by illness along the same lines as that given to those disabled by injury.

Mr. Alfred Morris

I must ask the hon. Lady to await the outcome of our review of the whole question of cash benefits for the disabled. I would, however, refer the hon. Lady to my right hon. Friend's speech during the debate on the Address on 15th March.—[Vol. 870, c. 523–33.]
