§ Mr. Higginsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT Table 4 of the Financial Statement and Budget Report 1974–75 on the same basis as Table 4 was published in the corresponding document for 1973–74, with a similar breakdown for various time periods in absolute and percentage terms.
