§ Sir Marcus Worsleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will take steps to prevent the practice whereby the effect of an enforcement notice requiring the discontinuance of a use which is only intended to be short-term can be nullified by an exercise of the right of appeal before the result of which the use can at present be legally continued.
