§ Mr. Whiteheadasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will now publish the report of the departmental consultations concerning a new complaints procedure under the Police Act 1964.
§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe report of the Working Group on Police Complaints Procedure in England and Wales, which was presented to my predecessor, is being published today. Time will be needed to consider the issues discussed in it.
