The Attorney-GeneralNo convictions have resulted from prosecutions brought by the DPP under the Conspiracy and Protection of Property Act 1875. However, three people were successfully prosecuted for a conspiracy to intimidate, which is a common law offence based upon the offence of intimidation under Section 7(1) of the 1875 Act.
