§ Mr. Skeetasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of the responsibilities of Ministers of his Department.
§ Mr. PeartSubject to my general direction of all the Ministry's policies, the Minister of State will act as my deputy and will be specially concerned with 91W agricultural and fisheries policy, external relations and EEC matters. The Parliamentary Secretary will be specially concerned with the food and drink industries and distributive trades, horticultural policy, agricultural and food research and other matters, such as animal health, advice and development, land improvement and safety on farms, affecting the technical progress of agriculture and its environmental aspects.
