§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of the responsibilities of Ministers in his Department.
§ Mr. BennI shall take responsibility for all central policy questions and for co-ordination of the work of my Department.
The Minister of State, the right hon. Lord Beswick, and the Under-Secretary 40W of State, my hon. Friend the Member for Oldham, West (Mr. Meacher) will take responsibility for specific industries including iron and steel, aerospace and shipbuilding.
The Minister of State, my hon Friend the Member for Liverpool, Walton (Mr. Heffer) will take responsibility for the Industry Act, regional industrial policy and small firms. The Under-Secretary of State, my hon. Friend the Member for Rutherglen (Mr. Mackenzie) will work with him; and in addition will exercise special responsibilities in connection with the Post Office
