§ Mr. Roderickasked the Secretary of State for Wales if, in view of the change over from parish councils to community councils on 1st April, he will delay the 7W public inquiry into the proposed Glangrwyncy to Gavilon link road by one month.
§ Mr. John MorrisNo, Sir. I am satisfied that adequate notice of the inquiry has been given and that the new councils should be in a position to present their views to the inspector. A postponement now would in practice lead to a delay probably until next autumn.
