§ Mr. Ovendenasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he can now say when information about the rights to compensation established under the Land Compensation Act 1973 is to be issued.
§ Mr. OakesA series of booklets for the guidance of the public is now being issued to local authorities, citizens advice bureaux and regional offices of the Department, which will make them available free on request. Leaflets have also been supplied giving a broad indication of the benefits which the booklets describe in detail. The object is to distribute these to those members of the public who are, or may be affected by public development schemes.
