§ Mr. FreesonProposals for improving the thermal insulation of new housing194W under existing powers have been circulated for consultation to the interested bodies, whose replies are still being received. The Health and Safety at Work Bill will provide for building regulations, covering buildings, generally, to be made in the interests of fuel conservation, and I am considering measures to improve insulation in existing buildings. I am keenly interested to secure progress in this field.
