§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsThe United Kingdom Retail Price Index for Food rose by 20.1 per cent. over the period January 1973 to January 1974. The increase attributable to our membership of the EEC is currently estimated to be between ½ per cent. and 1 per cent.
