§ Mr. Blakerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make a statement about the progress of the construction of the M55 motorway link; and when he expects it to be completed.
§ Mr. CarmichaelThe M55 is being constructed in two main contracts. Both are of two years' duration and started on 1st May 1973. It is expected that they will both be completed by May 1975.
