§ Mr. BuchanAids for capital investment are available in all EEC countries in accordance with EEC Directive 72/159. Some member States, including the United Kingdom, give a rebate of excise duty on fuel oil and provide assistance for the encouragement of co-operation and the improvement of marketing.
