asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether the Government's freeze on rent increases will apply to increases in site rentals for those living in mobile homes on privately-owned sites; and if so whether the freeze will apply to a site rental increase announced on 1st March 1974 and taking effect on 1st April 1974.

The Counter-Inflation (Private Sector Residential Rents) (England and Wales) Order 1974 does not apply to site rents for mobile home residents.
