§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what is his policy towards such boards of trustees of national museums and galleries as intend to implement his proposal to offer refunds of four-fifths of the cost of annual season tickets deciding to admit the public free of charge forthwith, before the end of March, bearing in mind the deterrent effect of charging upon visitors in the meantime.
