§ Mr. BuchanI would refer the hon. Member to my right hon. Friend's speech on the Loyal Address. The ban on exports of ware potatoes should have little effect on the interests of potato producers generally, although producers in some areas, who would have sold for export, may receive somewhat lower prices on the home market.—[Vol. 870, c. 394.]
