§ Mr. Denis HowellI discussed this and other recent incidents with the Football Association today; meanwhile, I would like to take this early opportunity to express my disgust at this type of outrageous behaviour, which must be eradicated in the interest of public safety. I would also express the Government's admiration for the manner in which the police handled an extremely difficult task.
