asked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will seek to revise the existing industrial agreements relating to grants for Merchant Navy training courses.

No. These agreements are negotiated between the unions and the shipowners under the aegis of the National Maritime Board and it would not be appropriate for my Department to intervene.
