§ Mr. BoothDiscussions on the details of the financial provisions set out in my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Gravesend (Mr. Ovenden) on 11th June are still in progress. It is hoped that there will be opportunity for the employment of some of the staff of the commission in the proposed conciliation and arbitration service.
