§ Mr. McCuskerasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) if he will list the names of persons who were compensated in excess of£2,000, under the Criminal Injuries Act and who reside in the areas of the former Newry Urban Council, Newry No. 1 Rural District Council, and Newry No. 2 Rural District Council, respectively, for the period from 8th August, 1971 to the present day;
(2) if he will list the names of the loss adjusters and assessors employed by him in dealing with claims resulting in payments of£2,000 or more under the Criminal Injuries Act to persons resident in the areas of the former Newry Urban Council, Newry No. 1 Rural District Council, and Newry No. 2 Rural District Council, from 8th August, 1971 to the present day.
