§ Lord Balnielasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether it is his intention to introduce into the teachers' superannuation scheme an agreement on the basis that war service in the Armed Forces should be reckonable as to half for pension purposes.
§ Mr. ArmstrongMy right hon. Friend will make the necessary amendments to the scheme once the detailed implementation of the undertaking to reckon war service in this way has been agreed in the working party on teachers' superannuation.
