§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in view of new evidence that other police officers have been connected with the illegalities of James Humphreys in the sale of pornography, etc., and in view of the self-confessed association between ex-Commander Drury of Scotland Yard and these incidents, he will now cause a further investigation to be made into ex-Commander Drury's activities.
§ Dr. SummerskillThe Commissioner of Police, who is having a full investigation made into allegations of police involvement in Mr. Humphreys' illegal 433W activities, informs me that Mr. Drury has not to his knowledge admitted to any association with the matters now under investigation.
