asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he has now considered the suggestion put to him by the Greater London Young Conservatives for the resumption of pop concerts in Hyde Park; and if he will make a statement.

After considering various representations I have agreed that two concerts should be held this summer. The first has been arranged for the afternoon of Saturday 29th June. A date for the second will will be fixed later.
