§ Mr. William RossA number of road improvements in Dundee are in progress and others, including a further stage of the Lochee bypass, are expected to start shortly. I have received from the town council proposals for schemes for trunk and other roads to a total value of nearly £20 million on which it is suggested that preparatory work should begin in various years up to 1979. It is too early to say when work can start on these schemes, or how individual schemes will be affected by financial restrictions.
