§ 33. Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will give an assurance that, in the course of his efforts to bring France into a joint European defence system, he will maintain the former Labour Government's policy to refuse the creation of a joint nuclear force with France.
