Mr. Tebbit

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he authorised the hon. Member for St. Pancras, North (Mr. Stallard), Mr. Devlin, or Lord Brockway, to impart to the Price sisters the information that the time scale which he had in mind in his reference to their serving the bulk of their long sentences near their homes was that they should be transferred to an Ulster prison before the end of the year.
