Mr. Teddy Taylor

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the incident in the Clyde on 15th June when a Russian vessel, the "Eisberg", docked at Glasgow in defiance of advice from his office.

We have drawn this incident to the attention of the Soviet Embassy, and sought assurances that similar incidents will not recur.
