§ Mr. Trotterasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will amend the prison regulations so that in the case of prisoners refusing to eat it is established that (a) there shall be no attempt at force feeding, (b) they shall be denied the privilege of visitors, and (c) if 165W their fast is fatal they shall be buried within the confines of a prison.
