§ Mr. John MorrisThe Welsh National Water Development Authority expects the average daily consumption in its area in 1974 to be around 250 million gallons a day; its total revenue expenditure in 1974–75 is estimated to be about £26 million; and the average charge for measured water supplies is approximately 40p per 1,000 gallons.
