HC Deb 14 June 1974 vol 874 c653W
Mr. Spence

asked the Secretary of State for Defence how many wives of Service men living with their husbands on service and not being entitled to a Service vote at the last General Election could only cast their votes in a constituency different from that of their husbands.

Mr. John

The information is not available. There are, however, about 150,000 Service wives who are not entitled to be registered as Service voters.
