Rhys Williamsasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will now institute a fresh study of the potential for administrative reform in regard to the method of payment of national insurance pensions, including as a particular aim the introduction of easier and quicker methods of effecting changes in the rates of benefits; and if she will undertake to publish the findings.
