asked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to be able to announce his decision on the county borough of Sol hull's structure plan which is now deemed to have been submitted by the West Midlands Council.

My right hon. Friend hopes to be able to send his proposed modifications and reservations to the West Midlands County Council during the summer, with a request that they should be published.
