asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the average daily consumption of oil fuel by the Scottish fishing fleet; and what percentage of this amount is now available to the fleet.

The estimated average daily consumption of oil fuel by the Scottish fishing fleet is about 200,000 gallons. I understand that the fleet is not now experiencing any difficulty in obtaining its fuel requirements.
