asked the Secretary of State for Employment which Minister is responsible for answering Questions on the social contract relating to pay.

My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Employment is responsible.

Mr. Dixon

asked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he remains satisfied with the working of the social contract between the unions and the Government.
