§ Q19. Mr. Atkinson
asked the Prime Minister what discussion he has now had with the Leader of the Opposition about the provision of research and secretarial facilities for opposition parties.

My right hon. Friend the Lord President has been having consultations with the opposition parties about these matters. I hope these can soon be brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
